my best friend and confidant my mother loved the TV show The golden girls she watched it every day (this song is the theme song for the show)... mom passed away May 2012..and she is missed life has not been the same since... but hearing this song makes me feel close to her again it warms my heart ... and reminds me to thank god for giving me the gift of my mother. That was the biggest and best gift..

This is going to be our closing song ( from here on) for all our nursing colleagues as they retire. We spend 12 hours a day with them and know way more about us than they should I just retired after 26 years in NICU and wish I would have thought to play and sing this song at my dinner.
