XO Stereo was originally started by guitarist Justin Whitesel (who years before was playing for bands such as LoveHateHero, Eyes Set To Kill, and Burning Tree Project) and guitarist Jeremy "Jinxx" Ferguson (Black Veil Brides).The two met engineer/producer Augustus Cryns and quickly got to work on writing and recording some demos. Shortly after, however, Jinxx had to return to his duties on the road shredding faces off in BVB.
