Here's a little story, something to know. About your brain and your body 'cause they don't always flow.
There are parts of the brain we cannot see, but important to know it's there in you and me.
Your brain it can trick you when emotions get hot. You kinda get all jumbled up and end up in a spot.
Where emotions are bursting and you're feeling really tense. And the things that you do, just make no sense.
Try to keep in mind adults and kids this is when you might just flip your lid. Flip your lid.
Breathe in 2, 3, 4. Let it out 2, 3, 4. Breathe in 2, 3, 4. Let it out 2, 3, 4.
Snap left, right, left, right. Snap left, right, left, right.

Here's a little knowledge that'll help you understand why your brain and your body don't go hand in hand.
Your brain has two sides, a left and a right. And a path in between that should stay in the light.
When that light on the path starts to get dull, the left and the right won't work together at all.
The brain may start to panic and keep you from harm. Then try to take over and sound an alarm.
It won't back down until it feels safe. And your body gets confused so you might misbehave.
