it Could mean Babtism,but sounds like ,it's time for a change to rid evil from our lives and She is READY to be among the strong, water symbolically is cleansing, tried the bible,but it wasn't enough so water is her way to bare her soul, I GOT IT. We all need to GET IT.

Since baptism has nothing to do with salvation I'd say that's not it. Anyone who has 'tried' the Bible would know Jesus is the only way of salvation. It sounds like someone disillusioned with religion

I originally thought it said take *men* down to the water. And the women were ridding their lives of the evil men in them, drowning them down there or something. Honestly, I liked that interpretation better. Still love it though.
