Rate End Of Time by Lindsey Buckingham(current rating: 10)
I am the first to admit that I'm a hopeless romantic. I know Lindsey has 3 children (the middle one who just happens to have as her name the nickname by which I was known as a child. It's still used by a few family members and a very select few friends, but most importantly it is still and will ALWAYS be used by, or to refer to me to children and dogs), with the girlfriend he's been involved with since the 90s, and married her in 2000. But every song he writes about lost love, or love that only he still feels, and mourns, along with references to the past: "...though we may be far apart my love for you is strong...it's the end of the line, it's the end of time...", I come to the inevitable conclusion that despite his family, he still loves Stevie. It may be a predictable interpretation, but it's bolstered by the love and longing, and at times even anger that so tangibly shines from his eyes when they're on stage together. I can't help but wonder whether he'd leave his family (properly supported, of course; and Stevie has always loved children) if he and Stevie decided to try again. If anythng, I would imagine Stevie refusing to break up a family when the youngest isn't yet 10. Of course, I could be wrong. But I'm not.
