Point your focus inward
Take this time to notice how you're feeling
Any tension on your body, any tightness, or discomfort, let it go
Breathe in and allow your mind to open any tension you feel
Exhale to soften it
One more time, breathe in, and breathe out
Take notice of what you feel right now
Are there any events that happened throughout the day that-
Cross your mind?
Take notice of what you're feeling and how it's effecting your body
Stress can show up as tension in your shoulders
As tightness in your back, just think about where that tension is showing up in your body
As you exhale, allow that tension to blow away as well
It's OK to let your mind wander
Just take note of that and allow your breath to guide you, to the present
Take note of the natural rhythm of your breath
Stress and anxiety disrupt that natural rhythm
Where do you feel your breath the most?
Is it in your throat as you exhale?
Your chest as you inhale
Maybe your nose while exhaling
Bring that attention to that part of your body while breathing
And take this time to just be aware that you're breathing
Present in every inhale, and exhale
Focus on your breath
It'll allow you to tune out, all noise
