Stevie Wonder & Paul McCartney
Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side my side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don’t we
We all know that people are the same wherever you go
There is good and bad in everyone
When we learn to live
We learn to give each other what we need to survive
Together alive
Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side my side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don’t we
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory
We all know that people are the same wherever you go
There is good and bad in everyone
We learn to live when we learn to give each other
What we need to survive, together alive
Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side my side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don’t we
Side my side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don’t we
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory, living in perfect harmony
THIS SONG WAS WRITTEN BY A HOMELESS MAN AND SENT TO JOHN WHILE HE WAS ALIVE. YOKO OWNO MAY KNOW OFTHIS. PAUL TOOK THE SONG AND I THINK STEVIE CREATED TUNE TO LYRICS. BUT HOMELESS MAN WAS NEVER GIVEN CREDIT FOR THIS SONG. JUST PAUL MAKING THE MONEY. IRONIC....NOT PERFECT HARMONY FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE. WHY DONT THEY GIVE THE HOMELESS MAN CREDIT???IT WOULD BE A NICE CHRISTMAS PRESENT.THEN HE COULD HELP HIS HOMELESS FRIENDS WHO WERE USED AND ABUSED ALSO. ITS NOT RIGHT. IF ANYONE ELSE KNOWS OF THIS, COULD THEY PLEASE POST A COMMENT? A RADIO STATION GAVE THIS MAN CREDIT YEARS BACK, BUT HE IS SUFFERING STILL. THANK YOU MERRY CHRISTMAS
