APLT was formed in 2008, a year when the local music scene in North Georgia was changing rapidly. With so many typical metal bands and a countless number of cliche hardcore bands breaking into view, this band brought in something new and fresh. The musical style of APLT can be defined as Electronic Post-Hardcore, with more than just the average post-hardcore tendencies, but also a more melodic and pop feel.
