There is more than one artist with this name:1) Confront was the old school hardcore band from Cleveland, OH - perhaps best known for vocalist “Mean” Steve Murad’s later participation in One Life Crew. They were an anomaly - a midwest straightedge band that played fast hardcore that was more Buzzcocks than Minor Threat. And when they played out, a huge fist-skanking circle pit would always burst out on the floor. Ripping through songs such as “Join The Circus” and the soon-to-be-self-parodying “Macho Man,” Confront’s sets were sloppy, brutal, and fun.
