In 2000 Ed propelled from underground garage producer to near enough a household name with the massive remix of Gorillas Clint Eastwood . It was a chance encounter with Damon Albarn,which changed Ed's life .Damon suggested that Ed take a listen to the gorillas first album which had just been completed in Jamaica. . Asked if he could do a remix of one of the tracks .Ed made his choice and within 3 days were performing to a large crowd at the Notting Hill Carnival.
