There are multiple artists called Foxy:1) Foxy is a Latin Dance/disco group formed in 1976 in Miami, Florida.The group consisted of Ish "Angel" Ledesma (vocals, guitar, talkbox) (born October 2, 1952, Cuba), Richard "Richie" Puente (percussion), Charlie Murciano (keyboards), Arnold Paseiro (bass guitar) and Joe Galdo (drums). Puente (who died on July 18, 2004 at age 51) was the son of the late famous bandleader, Tito Puente. They had a #1 hit in the U.S. with their song "Get Off", from the album of the same name, in 1978. Their followup, "Hot Number" was a #4 hit in 1979. Ish Ledesma went on to form the new wave pop band Oxo, who had a Top 40 hit with "Whirly Girl" in 1983.... read more
