Free Nationals are best known as Anderson . Paak's live band, until now. The Free Nationals are bassist Kelsey Gonzalez (bass), Ron “Tnava” Avant (keyboard/vocoder), Callum Connor (drums), and José Rios (guitar). In an interview with Triple J, the group revealed that they’re “putting the finishing touches” on the record, which is expected to come before summer. They confirmed collaborations with Mac Miller, Kali Uchis, and Daniel Caesar are slated to appear on the record.
