Frequency Divider was formed by Neil Francisider began in Tokyo Japan during January 2001, with a primary focus on creating a style of music combining the tranquility of classical music, with the power of heavy and harsh electronic music. The secondary focus of the Frequency Divider project was to create EBM music / Industrial music wherein lyrics focus on world events and the state of the world.
