About Jlucson Jean Luc, also known as, Jlucson is an R&B singer, songwriter, and rapper from Uk- Manchester - He made his recording debut in 2008 and is patiently waiting for a major label to sign him. Jean Luc was born in 1985 to an underprivileged family and left the Democratic Republic of Congo when he was only 16. At age 17, he moved to Manchester, UK to study Creative Design at the University of Bolton. It is at Bolton that Jlucson learned how to write, record, and produce music.
