Emmanuel Hubaut , aka the Earl of Eldorado , and William Lamy, alias Goliam , founded The Black Teats at the age of 13 years in the attic of the artist Joel Hubaut in Normandy in the early 1980s. The duo signed with the French label Boucherie Productions to record the title "Crazy Horse" on the compilation " The Polling" .
