Shanna Crooks is an American singer/songwriter currently signed to Atlantic Records.Shanna Crooks was born in Florida on July 31, 1985. She grew up having a complicated childhood that involved moving into multiple homes, stepparents and a number of step- and half-siblings.At the age of eighteen, Crooks moved to Nashville, TN to pursue a career in music. Shortly after moving, her songwriting caught the attention of country music superstar John Rich, who signed Crooks to a publishing deal in 2005.
