Who is Mz Dynamic????Born and raised in Augusta, Ga, Shay "Mz Dynamic" Reed, gravitated towards music and entertaining while still in elementary school. She started rapping for fun with friends and family when she was 9 years old but only to gain the passion for it when she turned 13.
