Richard Kerr (born Richard Buchanan Kerr on 14 December 1944; died 12 December 2023) was an English singer-songwriter and composer who co-wrote "Mandy", "Looks Like We Made It", and "Somewhere in the Night" (all of which were hit singles for Barry Manilow) and "I'll Never Love This Way Again" for Dionne Warwick. After gaining an interest in music at school he went into songwriting, Kerr collaborated with musicians in the late 1960s and early 1970s such as Peter Green, Don Partridge and Scott English.
